Each of the three bedrooms includes a plush mattress, fresh linens, and ample storage space, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The living room offers a cozy gathering space for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. A fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking meals—pots, pans, microwave, utensils, and more. Whether you're prepping a quick breakfast or cooking dinner with friends, you'll find everything you need. The dining area comfortably seats your group and can double as a remote work station. For added convenience, laundry is available free of charge in the building’s basement (washer and dryer). Please note that extermination services are performed monthly for your peace of mind. This is a well-maintained property perfect for travelers looking for comfort and proximity to everything NYC has to offer. Please note that smoking, vaping, and hookah use are strictly prohibited anywhere in the building. Violating this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and are expected to tidy up after themselves throughout their stay. There is no housekeeping service unless specifically requested in advance, and any such service will be at the guest’s expense. A starter pack of toiletries is provided at check-in, but guests are responsible for restocking these items as needed. An exterminator services the apartment on the third Wednesday of each month. Unfortunately, pets and service animals are not permitted in the building. We care deeply about our guests’ health and well-being. Between every stay, the entire unit is professionally cleaned and thoroughly disinfected to ensure a safe, spotless, and comfortable environment for all who visit.
