While we are very pet friendly, you MUST declare your pet in your initial inquiry and especially when you confirm your reservation. Please note that pets are NOT allowed on beds or sofa. This is a traditional NYC walk-up—there is no elevator or doorman. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, so stairs are required. Washer and dryer are free to use and located in the building’s basement. In-person showings are not available. We care deeply about our guests’ health and well-being. Between every stay, the entire unit is professionally cleaned and thoroughly disinfected to ensure a safe, spotless, and comfortable environment for all who visit.
