The room features a queen-size bed with a high-quality mattress, soft bedding, and blackout curtains—ensuring restful sleep even in the city that never sleeps. You’ll also have a closet for your belongings, a side table with a lamp, and high-speed WiFi for remote work, video calls, or streaming. The shared kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all the basic cookware and dishware you’ll need for daily meals. Whether you’re cooking up breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner at home, the space is clean, functional, and easy to use. There’s also a shared dining area where you can sit down and enjoy your meal or chat with other respectful guests. The apartment features one full bathroom and one half bathroom, both shared with other guests. Bathrooms are regularly maintained and stocked with a starter supply of essentials like soap, toilet paper, and towels. We encourage all guests to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy out of respect for others. The building has an elevator, and there is a free laundry room located in the basement. Laundry is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 11:30 AM. If you prefer, there are also laundromats just a short walk away. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between guests, with strict attention to health and safety protocols. This is a shared apartment with five private rooms. Guests are expected to be quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. In-person showings are not available. A starter set of toiletries is provided; guests are responsible for restocking. If you need anything during your stay, we’re always available through the Airbnb app. We care deeply about our guests’ health and well-being. Between every stay, the entire unit is professionally cleaned and thoroughly disinfected to ensure a safe, spotless, and comfortable environment for all who visit.
