The unit is across the street from a park and includes a Starbucks and other convenience on the ground floor.

Other Details to Note

While we are very pet friendly, you MUST declare your pet in initial inquiry and especially when booking a reservation. Please note that pet are NOT allowed on bed or sofa. In-person showings are not available. Washer and dryer are free to use and located in the building’s basement. Elevator access is available to reach the apartment on the 5th floor. We care deeply about our guests’ health and well-being. Between every stay, the entire unit is professionally cleaned and thoroughly disinfected to ensure a safe, spotless, and comfortable environment for all who visit.

There is access to the A,C and #1 train right across the street from the building. There are two parking garages on W 155th Street
