The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, full-size refrigerator, and utensils—everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Whether you're cooking breakfast or hosting a casual dinner, the space is as functional as it is inviting. The open-concept living and dining area is ideal for gathering, relaxing, or catching up on work. Other Details to Note

This apartment is brand new—everything from the furniture to appliances is recently installed. Guests are financially responsible for any significant cleaning, damage, or missing items during their stay. Time-stamped photos are taken prior to each check-in for documentation. Washer and dryer are located in the building’s lower level and are free to use. Elevator access is available. In-person showings are not available. We care deeply about our guests’ health and well-being. Between every stay, the entire unit is professionally cleaned and thoroughly disinfected to ensure a safe, spotless, and comfortable environment for all who visit.

There is access to the A,C and #1 train right across the street from the building. There are two parking garages on W 155th Street
