The building is located a short walk away from New York’s leading hospital hub which includes, the Hospital for Special Surgery, Sloan-Kettering, Weill Cornell New York Presbyterian Hospital, Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital among others.

This fourth-floor apartment is part of a quiet, classic walk-up building and has been thoughtfully updated for modern living. Each of the two bedrooms features a queen-size bed with a plush mattress, full linens, and ample storage. The bathroom is bright and clean, stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels. Perfect for families, friends, or professionals, the layout ensures privacy while still feeling connected. The combined kitchen and living room space is cozy and functional. You’ll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, microwave, full-size fridge, and a dining table. Whether you're cooking a full meal or enjoying takeout, the space is well suited for daily living. Fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable lounge area with a Smart TV make it easy to relax after a day in the city. Guests have access to a shared laundry room located in the building’s basement—free to use and convenient for longer stays. Please note this is a walk-up building with no elevator. In-person showings are not available, but we’re happy to answer any questions via Airbnb messages. While we are very pet friendly, you MUST declare your pet in your initial inquiry and especially when you confirm your reservation. Please note that pets are NOT allowed on beds or sofa. We care deeply about our guests’ health and well-being. Between every stay, the entire unit is professionally cleaned and thoroughly disinfected to ensure a safe, spotless, and comfortable environment for all who visit.
