The apartment is ideal for two individuals, roommates, or a small group looking for privacy and comfort in a shared space. The living room is set up for relaxing or working, with a cozy sitting area, smart TV, and dining space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, and everything you need to cook meals at home. The bathroom is modern, clean, and stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries. Located in a well-maintained building, this apartment also comes with access to free laundry in the basement—a major bonus for extended stays. Please note, this is a walk-up building without an elevator. No in-person showings are available, but detailed check-in instructions will be provided.
