Located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Upper East Side walk-up, this recently renovated apartment features two quiet, sunlit bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and plush mattress for a restful night's sleep. The layout is ideal for families, roommates, or traveling professionals who want both privacy and shared space. The unit gets plenty of natural light and is well-insulated from city noise, making it a relaxing space to recharge. The open living and kitchen area is perfect for casual meals, movie nights, or working from home. The kitchen includes a full set of cookware, dinnerware, utensils, microwave, and coffee maker—everything you need for a seamless stay. The bathroom is clean and functional, with fresh towels, toiletries, and storage. High-speed WiFi and Smart TV are also included. For added convenience, the building has a free washer and dryer located in the basement. While we do not offer in-person showings, we’re always available via Airbnb messaging to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. This is a full-unit rental—your space, your privacy, your time in NYC. Between every stay, the entire unit is professionally cleaned and thoroughly disinfected to ensure a safe, spotless, and comfortable environment for all who visit.
