This fully furnished private room is part of a spacious, recently renovated five-bedroom apartment on the upper floor of a secure elevator building. The room features a large window that lets in great natural light, a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress, a closet, a desk, a chair, and a 42" Smart TV. It’s ideal for working professionals, students, or medical travelers seeking both privacy and value in a shared setting. Guests have access to a shared full bathroom (cleaned regularly by guests), a well-equipped shared kitchen with everything you need to cook at home, and a communal dining space. The building offers elevator access and a laundry room in the basement that is free to use. The unit is quiet and thoughtfully arranged to ensure personal space, while common areas are maintained in a respectful, cooperative way by everyone in the apartment. This is a mixed-use property, and Columbia Presbyterian Hospital maintains offices in the building. In-person showings are not available, but we’re happy to answer questions and assist through Airbnb messages. Other Details to Note

Please note that smoking, vaping, and hookah use are strictly prohibited anywhere in the building. Violating this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and are expected to tidy up after themselves throughout their stay. There is no housekeeping service unless specifically requested in advance, and any such service will be at the guest’s expense. A starter pack of toiletries is provided at check-in, but guests are responsible for restocking these items as needed. An exterminator services the apartment on the third Wednesday of each month. Unfortunately, pets and service animals are not permitted in the building. We care deeply about our guests’ health and well-being. Between every stay, the entire unit is professionally cleaned and thoroughly disinfected to ensure a safe, spotless, and comfortable environment for all who visit.
